Job Description / Responsibility
- Design, evaluate, expand training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs of the sales team.
- Develop effective induction programs and provides the induction training for new employees.
- Produce training materials for the field forces of the sales team.
- Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
- Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
- Assist line managers and trainers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
- Prepare yearly training calendar and coordinate in-house / external Training,.
- Prepare and setting tests and exams.
- Providing feedback about improvements and action plan in writing to the management.
- Assist managers with the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns and provide feedback on sales opportunities in the marketplace.
- Ensure proper documentation of the monitoring and evaluation tools for future reference.
- Visit extensively different work sites in assigned zone anywhere in Bangladesh for developing new business / creating new customers.
- Masters in Pharmacy/Physiology/Pharmacology/M.Sc. in Biochemistry/Zoology from a reputed University
- 4 to 5 year(s)
- 4-5 years experience in relevant field
- Age maximum 35 years
- Must have the ability to prepare different training contents or materials and e-learning packages
- Must be able to make PowerPoint presentation and use audiovisual resources
- Hard working and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and report writing skills both in English and Bangla
- Strong knowledge of Networking & Troubleshooting
